Big Bucks? not exactly, but QOL is better, but it isn't hard to beat Omni in that respect. Omni does have some good guys to fly with, if they are still there.

Cool crews, nasty chicks,nasty food, loooong hours, low pay,sleeping patterns will always be messed up. You will spend 2 days of your off days adjusting. Sometimes you will deadhead more than you fly but be compensated for half. Stay away unless your are single and plan on staying that way, have some sort of blemish on your record, or just dont care to live a healthy lifestyle.
