QOL is horrible. Out for at least 18 days, extendable to 22 without your consent. Although you get paid for it. Front end crews are great. Back end is hit or miss. Comraderie is pretty good. We generally have a really good time together. Some hotels are good, some bad. Pay is at the bottom of the scale. It is the worst in the industry, even though Omni is one of the most profitable airlines in the world. That should tell you something right there. Good luck.
