Are you 91 or 135 out of OJC?
How is your insurance treating you with 1800 TT?
 
Mainly 135, but some 91 for the parent company. Insurance was no problem. I think we've hired guys with as little as 1600TT, which was less than I had when I got hired.

I usually fly 100 knots or so all the way down final. Not a 737, but better than a 172.
