Possibly the hurricane, everything has been delayed. I wouldn't sweat it.

hahahaha lol

Something big is going down.
Pucker factor is rising!!!

Its cause all new hires are going to get training for the new 737 we are getting.

The suspense

Look to Rita, the training dept. shut down for only a few days thus you would think all it entails is a few days delayed and not a week or two. I am fairly sure that the training dept is still cranking out alot of poeple, and they have a schedule as to when a training evolution begins (about every two weeks). I would think all they did was push it to the next start. For reason one to keep there "schedule" and catch up all the people curently in training and the recurrent work. As for CAL, I am not sure but i think they don't train as many personal at the IAH training center as Xjt does. Relax after the 10th you all the time in the world to freek out.

Since we have a pretty good contract pilots have to be given 5 days notice of a training event AND they must be trained on duty days not days off. So if the training center was shut down for 5 days it may take weeks to reschedule the line pilots for their PCs.
