What are the travel benefits with NWA (buddy passes, travel partner, ect)

How might the frozen pension/ age 65 play out with guys leaving?
 
I'd like to add to the question. Is the current hiring dependent upon retirements and attrition or is it due to the growth created by the 787 and lack of staffing? Will hiring slow down? Or is it still full steam ahead?
