-75 hr guarantee for training and reserve.

Training is paid at 2hrs. 40min./per day. In a 30 day month you would be paid for 80 hrs.

On the last day of reserve, you are contractually released at 1800 local time in your base if you haven't been called for a trip.

Rumors are that the Jan 14th class was all dc9 FOs. 3 people wanted the panel and it wasnt offered. Thats second hand info, anyone from that class care to chime in?

i heard a couple months for the 9 and anywhere from 6-12 months on the bus. Depending on the base. All second hand info though so take it FWIW.

No, they do not pay for anything like that.

Employee and family fly for free - unlimited passes to anywhere in the world. Parents fly for a minimal charge ($36 i think). I think you get 8 buddy passes/year - the fee is based on the mileage.

No, your on your own for both. About $600 for the pilot uniform with 3 pants, 6 shirts. They deduct $25/mo from your paycheck, with no intrest.

Do you have to buy their shirts and pants or can you get them elsewhere? What color is the uniform, black or navy?
