Anyone know what the typical training schedule is for SO on the 747 at NWA?
Is it the same as a flying position?
ie Indoc, Systems, 40 hours sim, IOE, etc? How long does it take? Do they pay for the FE Written?
Thanks
Thats correct it isnt required. I asked they said that it might change and become a requirement though. They do pay for the written if you are assigned the panel. FWIW
I think for you the more important thing would be to study up on how to operate the oven and coffee maker. And get some warm clothes too.
Coffee anyone??
Good grief...is that what they're calling the organic slime that comes out of those gadgets these days?
Nu
If thats all i have to worry about I am good to go. Coffee anyone??  LMAO
Dude, take a look at the QRH as soon as you can, you will be a busy Mo Fo during sims.

Will 747SO ANC be junior now with the age 65? How long to hold a line?
