Time to brush your teeth B, they're looking a little brown. :D

Time to brush your teeth B, they're looking a little brown--
Netjetwife says, "Excuse me please, I need to go lie down--"

Imacdog, after reading B19's posts I'm feeling rather queasy--
For him, arguing with reality's hard, but spouting garbage is easy!

Silver and Bchjetdrvr testified in the FlightInfo Opinion Court--
It is B19 post(ing) traumatic syndrome. B19PTS for short! :puke:

"Fischman, don't go closer!" yelled Netjetwife trying not to choke--
B19 disgusted us with his FUD! If it weren't so sickening it'd be a joke.

I encourage you to utilize those resources, you pay enough for them. Doesn't mean that you'll get any better help than non-union pilots get for free though.

And it is worth EVERY single nickel.

Just one example of union dues in action--representation. 1108 pilots don't have to stand in front of their company alone when something is in question. They have a trained Steward beside them to advise them of their contract rights and everyone recognizes that previously agreed upon procedures will govern the process. An effective Steward can make a critical difference and NJA recognizes that. They agreed to have a Union Steward on duty in CMH at all times. The stewards rotate weekly and are paid their usual salary.

Additionally, joint committees were established by the 2005 CBA and excellent results have been produced, especially in training. The UTC has led the way in positive changes and management seeks their input on a regular basis. An individual pilot would never have been able to achieve what 1108 has done, alone and in partnership with the Company. To deny that is to deny reality. The NJ pilots are pleased with their Union for very good reasons-- far beyond the wages secured.
Seeing it up close,
Netjetwife

You make me smile this morning. Mexico? Is that the best you can do? I don't consider International as being in this hemisphere, and not all 121 flying is scheduled. Let's talk about some track work and 180 ETOPS if you want to talk position reports. The language of interogation won't be Spanish, and it sure as hell won't be only for an hour. Not trying to compare experience because I'll give you the stick and rudder time. But that's where it ends. Perhaps you misunderstood the compliment I was giving on type of flying that fractionals do. Kinda sad really, because when the sh*t his the fan, it's somebody like me that is going to bail your a$$ out..

Bail my arse out of what? I'm confused are you going to swoop in on some management carpet? I would have replied quicker but I was too busy enjoying the sites of the middleast.

You're delusional but I'm not surprised.... You've been shot down so many different ways on this board all you have left is to make yourself sound better.

I don't need a compliment from you, and I definitely don't need you to come save me. Leave that for someone who actually gives a shiate.

Absolutely nothing happened at Flight Options yesterday, same ol' same ol'.

Paranoia must suck for Mikey.

But knowing him and Bobby, they probably think they averted something with their big words. Invent something to be scared of, then "defeat" the imaginary foe, then pat self on back in a whirlpool of self-delusion. I used to play army as a kid, these guys are still at it.

Not a single person on the second floor of CGF knows a single thing about private executive aviation. Who hired these effin' stupid-*sses?

Thanks for the report. I'm glad it went well. Guess those guys ate crow for lunch, huh?

Oh, but the biggest peak seasons are coming up! Surely we must have something planned on these days right? What day shall it be? Any suggestions folks? Maybe it will be 11-19, because 11+08 = 19, and we all know B19 is a mgmt schill for FLOPS, that will show them! Maybe it will be on those days when NJA, Flex, and CS are all receiving holiday pay and we are not? Maybe they should STOP fabricating stories of planned work actions to attempt to discredit the union, and START working on banging out a contract.

You all know that there are incentives for these managers to drag this out as long as possible. They have NO interest in the long term financial health and reputation of the company, they are worried about getting as much milk out of the cow as they can before it either drops dead, or they get kicked out of the barn.

The first sign that there will be positive change here is the departure of senior management. They will never have the trust and respect of this employee group. It is not just the pilots, you should hear the rank and file of this outfit bash their "leader."

Sorry to call BS B19. IF you think flying the "Heavies" internationally is all that tough then you had best stay with it. Oh no, a position report, that is about all that keeps you awake while you drone along for hours. Been there done that and it was nothing but boring. So keep stroking the ego with your dilusions of how tough you have it or had it. I can't figure out if you are currently doing this or were doing this or just imagining doing it...
