Or how about this.A guy is running some kind of tour and keeps in touch with his young charges by cell phone as their home country cells don't work in Europe. He hands them out at the beginning of the trip and collects them on the way home. And when nobody asks what he is doing??????

Bush and his minions achieved a grand state of fear. Oh be afraid, very afraid, if you do not reelect me...

Overreacting has become the norm, in the airplanes, at the airports.

You do realize that a person can only be elected for two terms as President....

(Proving, yet again, that liberal=uninformed)

Oh please, airlines have been diverting aircraft when passengers acted up for years before 9/11. It use to be called air rage or some bs term like that. Now all of a sudden the press covers each and every one and the President is to blame?

It must be fun, wearing your tie-die shirt and living with your fuzzy animal dolls in your cozy little time machine, stuck back on 9/10/2001.

-Muslim extremists arrested in Michigan with over a thousand cell phones.
-TSA openly admidts cargo is largely unscreened.
-Blot in England uncovered to blow up airliners using cell phones as detonators.
-Plane load of Muslums openly disregard Flight Attendants commands and frantically dial their cell phones.

Anyone who thinks the Northwest Crew overreacted, deserves to have their pilot license held in question pending evaluation of judgement skills.

You left out the part where the Michigan cell phone arrestees were released because they were not linked to terrorism.

I think we've established our judicial system doesn't work. I just hope these Muslim criminal aliens recieved a complimentary colonostomy with a police baton prior to their release.

The FBI, a part of the executive branch of federal government, said the men were not linked to terrorism. The local prosecutor, a part of the executive branch of local government, asked the judge, a part of the local judicial branch, to drop the charges. With a prosecutor not wanting to go to trial on the cell phone case, how could you blame the judicial branch for letting the men go?

Dutch to Release Suspects in Airline Diversion

AMSTERDAM, Netherlands (AP) -- Prosecutors said Thursday they found no evidence of a terrorist threat aboard a Northwest Airlines flight that was diverted to Amsterdam, and are releasing all 12 passengers arrested after the jetliner landed.

The men, all Indian nationals, had aroused suspicions on Flight NW0042 to Bombay because they had a large number of cell phones and other equipment, and refused to follow the crew's instructions, prosecutors said.

profiling is great. lets arrest everyone with a suit and tie, they might be a corporate criminal. dont forget any guy who still lives with his parents over the age of 30, he is probably a child molestor. and the lonely guy who lives secluded in the wood, most definately a mail bomber or serial killer.

oh wait, its more fun to profile people of another race. how silly of me.
