NJA is doing so poorly according to the company. I thought since we are a BH company then NJA could pay all employees the same wage as Dairy Queen employees. Maybe get some discounts for some ice cream cones. Why give anyone more money? What is the lowest wage you would work for in the casino? Any casino people care to chime in?

atleast the top half of the senority list at netjets paid for their job...a job they new paid poorly but didnt care just so they could bypass a less glamorous 135 job and build some experience and actually earn a jet position.

This is false. Less than 20%... were hired before PFT was eliminated. There may be close to half of those who are here who are now furloughed from Majors or regionals or retired military.

Who told you you had to fly 135 to earn a jet position? Military and airlines not enough?

Now what is your point.

Dairy Cream wage?

ROTFL, not as long as Moisture is here saying we can't afford it.

This place is quickly turning into a low grade commuter airline. Load bags, sweat, fly with 2000hr F/Os and fly even smaller planes than the commuters.

If places like AirTran didn't require part 121 experience and you could upgrade like you could four years ago, it might be a good place to build time. Alas, it isn't even that anymore...

This will never be as good a place as Dairy Queen again
