NJA TA for new FO's

I can see the rationale that NJA mgmt was thinking when they asked for the domicile system - probably thinking that all the frac's don't do gateways (right?), so to be competitive, so should they. But with the demand for pilots they are forecasting, maybe they are just rolling the dice that they can attract people on less-attractive terms.

Thanks for the encouragement to apply irregardless; I may just do that. I need the interview practice anyway.

Whatever you do, avoid the LAX base if possible - as we have seen with recent posts, it is difficult to live on $47K (let alone $100K) in the LA area...
