This isn't that related, but it reminds me of a hooters girl that I met in Witchita. She found out that we were pilots and said that she had a 25 year old boyfriend that she had who flew for American. He had a layover there two days a week, but was based elsewhere. She gave us his name, so we looked him up on myspace. I figured that he flew for Eagle, but he flew a 1900 for some cargo company. Whats wrong with that? That is the best part of this job, I can go into a bar and tell the girl she can have a one night stand then never have to worry about seeing me EVER again. Works like a charm lol.

Also make sure you grab the hotel receipt when they slide it under the door before she wakes up because that also has your name on it.

This ex-Hawker pilot also said he was a F-15 pilot, no wait a F-15 top gun instructor in Isreal. His exact words were "it is tough being the tip of the spear."

He is also know at NJA as the newhire that was asleep on the couch in the FBO when the owner showed up, no p.i.c on the airplane and nothing else done. He also found out that it is hard to land the airplane with the stick shaker going off and you can't make a crossing restriction using vnav at a rate of 9000 feet per minute.

How this guy got in the door I don't know. It would be interesting to see who hired him and why.
