Wow did you you get a brand new shiny soapbox for a birthday present or something......

So you are telling me that in your get it done at all costs attitude, you would fly a aircraft without proper safety lighting and endanger yourself and your passengers????? Help me here I'm trying to understand this thinking.

Hey Freebased,
You NJA guys on here can't get away from that lighting thing.....It was just used as a point that you go looking for things purposely to ground the aircraft so you can crawl back to the FAT lazy boy in the FBO, eat all the FREE cookies, and brag between bitch sessions about how many aircraft you broke. I dont care if its a safety issue or not its the way you go about it. "DUH WE'LL SHOW D'EM NETJETS MGNT PEOPLE WHO IS BOSS AND COST THE WHOLE COMPANY A BUNCH OF MONEY AND PUT OUR JOBS AND REPUTATION,ON THE LINE" How many times do I have to repeat myself here. You didnt need me to stand on my new freshly polished soap box, that says "FREEDOM OF SPEECH" accross the top and "I SPEAK FOR MYSELF", and tell this story....you just need to listen to your few colleages that like to log block time in the SOFA. I guess this thread hit a soft spot.

Might as well keep the score even.....I couldnt resist seeing how that it appears to be the census here on this SOAP OPERA website.

I personally know a bunch of you guys over in NJA. I have eaten dinner with you, I have bought it, I have flown with you in other cockpits either before and now contractually. When you were struggling with the new TA there was no aircraft out there that you couldnt ground. The biggest brag was to be the guy (or gal) that broke the most aircraft in one day. I am not talking about for legitimate reasons...but for things like Emergency escape lights, lanyards frayed, missing position light lens (that just happened to dissapear). All this to show the company who is boss. Who is in control....well when they threw you the bone and the majority voted for it...they showed you who was in control. Look at the things they left out...you know what they are.

NOw that you have a little leg (or peg) to stand on you want to go after more....more more..me me...waaaahhh! You wont drag that mentality over here into NJI's cockpits....however when you do come over (and we welcome you)...if you work hard like the rest of us (and 90% of NJA) the you will fit in perfectly and will love it here. But come over and say "Aint my job" or drag your feet when the job needs to get done and it will make the days longer.

Heyflipflopfelxjetnja or whatever you are,

Your point (whatever it is) is worthless. Who cares if we grounded an aircraft for small but legal reasons. Sure, a point was made and in the end, we got our pay and rules where they should be. Major airlines and cargo guys do the same thing when they wish to make a point during contract time.

You are out of your place to say that we are all here scheming on how we can get "more more more" next time round. I think that the majority of people here are content...............lets just take it one day at a time here kid. Last but not least, dont you even dare imply, generalize or warn us that we had best not "drag our feet" over in your little egocentric part of the world................we are hard working guys here, and dont talk down to us like we are 2nd graders. You make your self sound like the 3rd Wright Brother explaining to us all that you bought us dinners and have flown with us and that we had better be on our best behavior.

Geeeeez, your ego really has the best of you. Calm down, relax, take some valium and dont be so worried about us!!!!!!

WRONG, WRONG, WRONG! I never once inconvenienced a passenger by pulling low ball tactics like your alluding too. When it came time to go on strike, we went. But we did our jobs like the professionals we were right up to 23:59hours. Your beef should have been with the NMB, their responsible for not letting you have self help. Not the company.

This is what is so pathetic about you Teamsters, you bend the rules, you break airplanes, and you openly waste corporate funds that aren’t yours. You think because you drive the bus, you deserve what the guy in the back gets. And you’re willing to do anything it takes to get your way.

I personally witnessed an X crew in HPN break their plane with some BS write-up, and left the APU running while they sat in the lounge. I’m in the back of the room listening to the 2 monkeys laugh about it, and how they’d time out before the mechanic could look at it. One guy starts cussing Mr. Santulli and “this will show him” crap; the other guy turns around and sees me, hits his partner in the arm and walks out to the hanger. Real professional there girls.

And don’t go dragging every other pilot into your cesspool Chucky. If everyone was jumping off a cliff, would you jump to? Your lack luster drive to stand on your own feet and speak for yourself shines like the sun in Florida.

You’re a lowball, stinking dirty piece of trash, and a disgrace to professional pilots. But that explains why you’re a Teamster. You bring that mentality to NJI and I can promise you a return ticket to “Perfectville” faster than you can spell grievance. You’re coming to my backyard to play, leave your toys at home, Dirt Bag!

Your right! My grandson is in 2nd grade. He has 200 times the integrity you do.

I dont think you qualify for Kindergarten status.

HA HA HA. Hey Rustyfan Lets both do like he said and Calm Down...besides...I got what I wanted. I got another Union Scatologist to admit to stupidity and to the acts that put NetJets Inc. in the RED. And they are proud of it. Thats briliant. I guess this "Kid" got what he wanted.

GRocker. Instead of a Valium send me some of that good Union Crack...and BTW...You guys are the ones worried about us....nobody here wishes anything bad on you guys...so we are not worried.

What we all have to ask ourselves as professionals is, how far are we willing to bend the rules to fly broke airplanes?

Hey rusted one, when you went on strike, didnt you inconvenience passengers too??? Oh wait, you are a professional...I almost forgot. Dont be a hypocrite sport.

Whoever said that we thought we deserved what the "guy in the back gets?" Thats not a fair statement at all..........we just wanted what was fair to our pilots and most importantly, to our families.

Dont talk to me about "dragging every pilot into your cesspool" crap. You are the one preaching to us that we need to all be good boys and girls when we come to play with you, otherwise we will "return to perfectville" in a heartbeat. What a patheitc and worthless adult (that could be stretching it) you must be to have to say such infantile jargon. What a great way to welcome those of us who do bid to your side....if you have to talk down to us already, you must be pretty insecure with yourself.

If you need to stoop to such low levels and use names such as "monkey" and "stinking dirty piece of trash" to describe others, this clearly displays your intelligence level or perhaps, lack thereof. So much for being tactful or professional.

Those that I do know at NJI are great guys and not a soul has expressed the poor opinions which you have described above regarding the pilots at NJA. It's truly a shame that one of our own (as we do all work for the same man) has to express himself in a condescending manner and attempt to raise himself on a pedestal that is above everyone else such that his insecurity is lessened. However, I think that we all know better.

Actually, you are the ones that are preaching to us that we need to be good boys and girls when we play with you. I am not worried about you guys at all.......but you sure do seem to seem worried about our presence at NJI. I mean, why the sudden need to tell us that we must be on our best behavior otherwise we are going right back to "perfectville" as your other pal said??? I am sure that those who do bid it have every intention and desire to learn and do the best job they can.

When our aircraft were grounded, they were grounded for legitimate and legal reasons. Period.

Again, you guys like to consistently use names........lets see here, "union Scatologist" was it??? In the end, dont we all work for the same guy here??? I do recognize that fact and therefore I feel no need to reciprocate in your unprofessional name game.

This is a great example of being unprofessional. Instead of blaming it on all us NJA guys, have you even entertained the thought that mgmt could have addressed our concerns and issues a bit sooner??? No, I dont think so, you cant help but place the blame 100% on us NJA guys. IN your eyes, we are completely at fault and have therefore caused you to get on that soap box of yours. So much for looking at both sides of the coin, uh?

Nanijanflexflipflop, just curious.....I suppose that all the hype at DAL and NWA and the threat of a strike at both companies is completely the fault of the pilots....as you see it???? Right??? Let me answer that for you.........RIGHT! You drink some kooooolaid there big guy.

You know something..... You are right!!!! None of us guys at NJA ever do any work. It is all the guys and gals in the G whiz jets that make this place go. We are all too busy thinking of things to write up to do any work..... Thank you for pointing this out to me, I now see the error of my ways......

I will now work to become a better person through your shining example......

We have already seen admitted that if Management had not come up with raises for the I-side of the house... there probably would be a move to unionize there now....

I have a suspicion that NJANJIFLEXFLOP (perhaps others)may simply be here to further poison the water against the union.

Some of us are falling for the provocation.

I don't care what you think ... if you don't like us -- fine. Why don't you refuse the Raise you are getting because of us and donate it back to the company to defray the $80M shortfall?

Man, so funny how you guys make yourselves sound like you can do no wrong and that your king $hit on tird island. I am here to tell you that you are far from it.

Was riding the hotel van from HPN to the Crowne. Hotel bus previously stopped to pick up passengers from the terminal. An NJI crew gets on, and starts talking too loud and telling us all how they just flew through a thunderstorm and took a lightening strike. That is nothing to brag about whatsoever. Flying through a thunderstorm is hazardous (not to mention getting struck by lightening) and they clearly put our passengers at risk by doing doing so, along with those on the ground as well. I was really amazed that you guys would talk about such things infront of everyone else including others passengers. What ever happened to being discreet and even humble???? Perhaps I am missing something here and maybe it states that flying through TRW's and bragging about it is acceptable in your GOM, but here it's not. Let me see....how did you put it??? And I quote YOU, "Real professional these girls."
