Here you go for NJA bashing. half the pilot force are crooks and intentially break planes and drag their feet to get extended days. Probably those who should have been taxi drivers.

It's too bad, because the other 50 percent are awesome and now get the burden of recovering all the trips. They are the true professional pilots, and to those I thankyou!

IT's sad that the majjority of NJA crews don't have the same Loyalty that I have seen from NJI pilots.

That has to be the dumbest thing I have ever read anywhere. Are you so brain washed that you actually think that. Sober up and lay off the company cool-aid!!!!!

I don't have to do anything to get extended days... You morons in CMH couldn't put a schedule togethter to save your life and therefore can never get me home on my last day.. Boom two extended days.... After being on the road flying my ass off for 7.... Idiots...

Why don't you look inside the walls of Bridgeway and Easton for the true crooks you genius. You want to air the company dirt laundry on this board??? I'm not afraid to.... How about kick backs to certain managers from certain vendors??? You started it, I can go on and so can most of the NJA crews that you just called thiefs. You really want to know who should be taxi drivers??? It is most of the managers in CMH... And that is putting down taxi drivers because they do a better job then most you folks in CMH...

I forgot, every pilot knows how to be a scheduler. Wake up!!! You don't have a clue as to why, or what the reasoning was behind different scheduling issues. If you have such great ideas about how to do it better, then please bring them forward or apply to scheduling. It may even be a pay bump.

The whistleblowers will get enough dirt on you slackers in due time to can your sorry arses. Best be Careful!!

BTW: I LOVE KOOL-AID!! Not COOL-AID dumb Arse.

I applied but my application was turned down because it was written in pen versus crayon.

I never even sent in an application.....an APM got a hold of one of my old resumes my wife sent him....next thing you know I got a phone call inviting me to ICT for an interview. I had to find someone to cook for me for 3 days while I went to the interview.

OK big guy. Now is your chance to show your mettle. Back this statement up. Crooks? Intentionally break planes? You have any proof there goober, or are you another bitter screen reader with pilot envy? Go back to the conspiracy websites.

Did FamGuys alter ego crawl out of his hole?

And punitive scheduling of crews and "A" teamers don't exist!!!!!!!

Just keep screwing up and I'll keep putting the OT in my back pocket.....

Heck, I've made more in OT so far this year then what many of the people in the "Casino" make in a year.

Keep it coming boys!!!!!!! I know the contract better than you!!!!!!!!!! And you'll have to pay dearly for it.

Know what's funny??? we know what you make and you don't have a clue about what we make!

I too have a copy of the contract and have read it front to back unlike half your stupid cohorts.

Wow hit a nerve huh.....

Your arrogance just proves my point.... Yeah you are correct, we don't know why you geniues ferry aircraft willy-nilly all over the country... We don't understand why you ferry aircraft when they don't need to be ferried only to ferry again.... New flash dumb arse... IT COSTS MONEY TO MOVE JETS....
I would apply to do it, but I would have to live in CMH and I won't do that in this life time. It won't be a pay bump either geniues... It would take one phone call and I could find out what you guys make, don't really care though.

Ask anyone in CMH besides a scheduler and they will tell you who wastes the most money in day. A pilot only has control of one airplane, a scheuler can screw up many at once.

You can try and can those you think are slackers... God, knows the schedulers are bullet proof, even when they are unethical, and corrupt. If you don't know what I'm talking about you haven't been here long enough.

BTW... who gives a crap how Cool Aid/Kool aid is spelled.... you need to sit the can down and back away slowly.... Think about this, if the schdulers drive this place under, do you really think there is much call for a unemployed scheduler???

Hopefully there will be some automation in scheduling, god knows you people can't do it effectively...

The truth is not at either end

As with most things in life, the truth is not at either end of the spectrum. It is somewhere in the middle.

3 or 4 times last fall I did sit in the FBO for a while when the pilot said he landed X minutes ago and he gets a minimum of a 1 hour turn. Irritated me but I know the rationale and its roots in safety. Flip side is I have probably had 10 times more flights where the pilots allowed a "quick turn". Please don't say it NEVER happens -- sometimes it does ... rare but it does happen.

Also last fall, had a flight delayed for what the pilot showed me was a 3/4 inch scratch on the door, not even through all the layers of paint. Owner services said the reason for delay was a scratch on the door. PIC showed it to me. We needed to wait for a new plane. I saw the jet land while we were in the FBO and was not sure how the scratch got there. Probably before our the positioning leg but it was not pointed out until we were ready to go. Again, very rare, but don't say never.

I can say, things have improved since the ratification of the contract.

Re: efficiency and waste. I do not know nearly as much as all of you, but a good bit of waste is caused by the owners, paid for by the owners, and is one of the reasons we fly private. I have had instances where planes have been positioned and plans changed. You guys may not know the reason for the change in my plans, but may just see it as waste. Yes -- I am sure there is waste. But just realize much of it is in the name of services to the owners.

Thanks to all. I am flying this week.

Fly safe.

This is what is so pathetic about you Teamsters, you bend the rules, you break airplanes, and you openly waste corporate funds that aren’t yours. You think because you drive the bus, you deserve what the guy in the back gets. And you’re willing to do anything it takes to get your way..........
.....You’re a lowball, stinking dirty piece of trash, and a disgrace to professional pilots. But that explains why you’re a Teamster. You bring that mentality to NJI and I can promise you a return ticket to “Perfectville” faster than you can spell grievance. You’re coming to my backyard to play, leave your toys at home, Dirt Bag!

Sir, I can truly say as a Teamster, I am offended....
As a professional pilot, I am even more offended.

Those thoughts you mindlessly spewed forth are the primary reason I won't go into your backyard and play,. **Deleted due to strong content**

Lets face it, Amigo, after reading what you have posted, why would I want to come into your backyard and play, with maybe the sole reason is to piss you off?

...And I wonder why I wont visit the Bitch boards much anymore.....

I wonder if crustyfan would say that to an airline pilot represented by alpa.

Or maybe he just hates teamsters.

Whatever the guy probably kicks dogs for fun.

Its obvioius that Crusty Fan is ticked off because His "Master" sold him out and he has no other avenue to vent his frustration.

In all fairness, I did run into affew NJI guys yesterday and they actually congradulated us on these bids. These are the types of guys that represent the NJI pilot force in my opinion.

The extreme should not be allowed to paint the extire group in a negative tone....and that goes for our NJA guys as well.

Boy arent you guys in a big pissing contest among yourselves??....dont know if you have looked around but looks like this thread became self sustaining. Bashing among each other. WOW. I might want to apologize now for what I started. NOT! Ha.

Hey thanks for all the entertainment. Its been real, its been fun...in fact in HAS been REALLY FUNNY! Gotta go catch my airline home from paradise...

njowner that was a great post. i didnt want to believe that, that stuff was going on. It appears planes were grounded for no reason i guess thats why netjets lost 50 - 80 million last year. i have firsthand had owners change flights that have caused me to double position it happens. well said thanks for the input. i want to assure you not all pilots are that unprofessional and would not ground aircraft for cosmetic paint issues. by the way for those of us considering joining 1108 this type of conduct does not give us a warm a fuzzy. most of us are professional and would not go out of our way to do things like that. Thanks again for your input

To CitationsAre Fun: I think the cosmetic gounding" was before the contract was ratified. It was in late Sept.

Fly safe.

It is still troubling to me that the union put the owner in the middle. you are an innocent party and all you do is pay the bills that pay our bills. To me this was very unprofessional.

I guess its professional to violate the FAA rest and duty rules where you work.

If I were an owner with Operational Control over a 91K flight... I would not want to be liable in case there was an accident after the crew came on duty after having rest broken...

because there was no union to ensure breaking FAR prospective rest ... does not happen.

It costs more to follow the rules than to break them.... Maybe thats why NJ lost money... while the others cut corners....

Once again... if you follow the Rest rules where you work ... Thank a NJ Teamster... ALPA has. WE forced the FAA's hand.

Oh and if you just got a payraise after the new NJ CBA... say thank you teamsters.

Its interesting becasue at Company Recurrent the head man came out and basically said that if he were in the Union's position he probably would have played the same tactic.......

Now its time to pull together and move on....and I believe we are doing so...much to the distress of our competition....

Hey, go ahead and just blame the union and it's pilots. So much for hearing the other side of the story. What is truly unprofessional is pointing the finger in one direction without knowing all the facts or circumstances surrounding the issues, especially as you are just an outsider. THAT is a sign of being unprofessional and immature!!!

Last but not least, you sound and look like a CS guy (I can see you guys coming from a mile away with talk like this). If so, dont open your mouth here and stab us in the back when infact we got YOU a raise!
