NJA app questions

I am sure this has been asked before. I just got the emial today saying my app was accepted. How long to hear for an interview? and what kind of heads up do they give?

It seems like the waiting period depends. One factor may be what domicile you prefer. For a while, hiring was only being done into a few of the domiciles though that has supposedly changed recently.

I heard the newest requirement is 1500 hours of Purple Avenger time and excellent archery skills, so unless you've got that you're probably hosed. imp:

This morning I flew with an FO who was offered a job by NJA about 3 months ago (He decided to turn it down and remain at NWA.) Anyway I asked him this very question, and he said it was a little over three months between his application received email and the onel offering him a choice of interview dates. After his interview it was ony 4 days till they phoned him to offer him a job. The domicile was CMH.
