Yep, you are a hero. And I have said repeatedly that NJASAP seems to be a pretty good organization. The only thugs are the ones who think it is fine to use intimidation to further their goals. I expect the company to pay us as little as possible. And I expect us to require as much as possible. The compromise is the resulting contract.
