As I stated before, Reserve Schedule is a terrible name. The only time you sit at home on call is if your duty assignment for the day is "On duty at residence". This can/will be assigned to both reserve and 7&7 pilots.

For all those with airline experience, every single NetJets pilot is on "reserve". There are no patterns, assigned trips, etc....You know what days you work (7&7 and reserve alike) but noone knows when, where, or why they may or may not be flying an airplane to.

You may be getting the airplane ready for a flight to RNO and you're on the 7&7. You get buzzed from the Death Star saying that the trip was bagged and now you get to sit in the Crew Room at TEB; call back at 0300Z. You look at your watch and it says 2100Z.:( You don't have to be on "reserve" to get the crap assignments at NJA.
