A good friend of mine upgraded in the Ultra this summer. Took 2 years 8 months and he was bidding everything!

Just got my upgrade for the OCT 10th class in the U boat.. was hired March 2005. 2 years 6 months if you put in for anything, so figger you guys should be 4 years or so.

Been here about a year. I'm expecting upgrade at around year 4 if the current attrition rates holds up. If they get the airplanes we are said to be receiving it would probably shorten that by a year or so. If the IBB goes through, who knows.

Obviously just my opinion.
