New aircraft orders (18 -700's United, 4- 900's Delta) start in this novermber, and continue through next year. So we will be adding 22 aircraft to our fleet. If Midwest tanks then that will eat up the extra pilots. We are realy short on EMB-120 Pilots right now. So I dont think the "F" word will happen. Things will just even out.

Some clouds were spotted around SGU last night and the roof ON SkyWest HDQ got wet, really wet. Also, a dispatch newhire class started ON Monday.
Anything else new, Walter?

According to the Skywest Press Release dated 10/12/07 the 18 UAL 700's are replacements for 23 UAL E120's and the 4 Delta 900's are replacements for 4 Delta 200's. That is actually a net loss of 5 airframes. So I don't think these orders are going absorb anything.
