Oh one other thing, the "no base closures" hurrah from BH can be lumped under the same feel good umbrella. Lastly, if you are new, ask yourself, in all of your time at skywest how often have you heard so much "communication" from the top with tag lines at the bottom of each message "our door is always open, we are all ears, we will always do what is best for you, dont you think the people who have been running skywest for 33 years+ know what is best, not some outside evil force, we love you and our door is always open or you can call if you want.
