Guys if you commute, say from ATL to ORD, and you're on reserve, how do they handle the call outs? I live about 1.5 hr drive from ATL and if I'm on reserve and based at ORD how does it work?

You say good bye to ATL for 5 days... you go to ORD the night before your 5 day reserve shift starts. Then You find a dirty crash pad to sit all day and wait for a call. When your 5 days are up you go back home to ATL for 2 days. Repeat for the next 5 years!!!

Yeah. What he said!

If you can find a way not to commute, do it. Commuting sucks. End of story.

AHHHHH,
Don't listen to these guys! You can sit at home, nekkid in your beanbag chair, eating cheetos and watch porn all day. Wait and see what turns orange!
Good luck, you are gonna need it if you ask F/I for advice!

Why don't we ever see genuine testimonials like this on the ALLATPS website?
