Here are the new payrates in their latest TA.

First year pay in all equipment (except EMB170) is $24.99/hr

Airbus 330 Captain:
Year 1 - $145.91
Year 15+ - $159.56

Group I Captain (Boeing 757, 767)
Year 1 - $131.71
Year 15+ - $144.02

Group II Captain (Boeing 737, A319, A320, A321)
Year 1 - $113.06
Year 15+ - $124.88

EMB170 Captain
Year 1 - $58.00
Year 18+ - $91.00

Year 2 - $72.96
Year 15+ - $108.98

Group I First Officer (Boeing 757, 767)

EMB 170 First Officer

With those payrates, your better off landing a good corporate job. I see no reason to even aspire to be an airline pilot if those are the wages one can expect.
