That approach does require you to fly over Texas Stadium where the cowboys are playing. However this allowance is in the stadium TFR..."THIS RESTRICTION DOES NOT APPLY TO; (A) THOSE AIRCRAFT AUTHORIZED BY ATC FOR OPERATIONAL OR SAFETY PURPOSES INCLUDING AIRCRAFT ARRIVING OR DEPARTING FROM AN AIRPORT USING STANDARD AIR TRAFFIC PROCEDURES".

But I wonder if transient VFR traffic being routed through class B would be included in this allowance, or if ATC would purposely route you around a stadium?

Update: I just added a label to the webpage that indicates how long it's been since the TFR data was updated, and how long since there was any change in the data. Hope this helps you all have a warm fuzzy that the data is current.
