Our union helped us work less and get paid more.

If your goal is to do as little work as you can get away with, yea unions are great. We have a few slugs in our office that are counting on the union to keep there job for them.
 
There once was a time when I sported a chub for a union in our office. In the end, the union vote failed and to this day I am thankful for that.

It seems that TWU doesn't help much. PAFCA might be better. Either way though, it doesn't magically turn life at work into days filled with pixie dust and unicorns.
 
Is the 5th year dispatch pay listed on WDFF accurate at $21.47? That's pretty impressive relative to other regionals!
