Several have left to other 135 positions getting hired on as captains. These are people who seek short term money and not long term stability. Flexjet is an excellent place to work...an excellent product and Great guys/gals to work with. Notice you don't see pilots from Flexjet bashing NJ, but see plenty of NJ pilots bashing other fractionals?? Take it for what it's worth.. a job is a job.... go to NJ and make the best of it and you will be happy. Come to Flexjet and do the same.... bottom line is they are both jobs and one will never be 100% happy. Go into either with a positive attitude!! Good Luck

Very straightforward interview. The gouges on aviationinterviews are right on. There's a getting to know you interview with an acp, a written exam, and a sim check. Be yourself and be informed. They're very up fron with you. The written is pretty basic. 30 questions multiple choice. If you don't pass it then please turn in your certificates. The sim check is just as straight forward. Fly the plane, use the abbreviated checklist, and use and listen to your F.O.

It's prorated for two years, your initial type. Leave within two years and they"ll go after it.
