Hey,

I was wondering if anybody has any new info on the Interview At FlexJet. Did a search but it is pretty old.

Peace out.

Hey, here's how the interview will go:

"Mr. X, give me your hand." "Ok, pulse is there, you're hired." "Now,sign this training agreement quickly!"

In all seriousness, good luck with your interview bro. I hope you have considered Netjets first. For long-term I would stick with NJA, it's an overall better place. Flex ain't that bad but, it ain't that good either.

Good to see you back, Cosmo.

This is why no one takes this board seriously, responses like this.

It's a straight forward interview, very laid back. Sim check, then interview with one of the asst. chiefs and a written test. Don't try to be someone your not, they'll see through that. In the end, make an informed decision regardless of where you end up. Good luck.

Give Flex a chance. You will get enough experience, that NJ will love to hire you. We are losing F.O.s to them.

Just be yourself. They will see right through anyone who tries to BS them. Like with any job, some people love it and some hate it. Personally, it is one of the best jobs I have had. If you are chasing the almighty dollar, don't come to flex. I imagine that NJA will always pay more than us. They are very conservative on expansion. We do have alot of FO's leaving, but they are all relatively new hires from Indy Air.

Good luck with whatever you decide.
