Yes, the listing is down. They had well over 1000 applications during the time it was up, called 300 for interviews, and will put about 100 in the pool. This first round of vacancies will bring maybe 25 or 30 into HA for training, with the rest swimming until later next year for additional hiring.
HAL
What was the interview process like last year?
Absolutely ridiculous, romper room antics,
the HR department at that airline is pathetic!
i have...shoot me a pm....
Some place in the states is actually hiring!!!!
This industry doesn't completely suck now!!!
You have to move to Hawaii though, unless you want to sign up for the country's ********************tiest commute.
Sorry, but I don't buy it. HA didn't do anything illegal, immoral, or unethical. They did absolutely nothing to 'drive the other airlines out of business'. AQ and ATA went under because they had bad business plans, and their management wasn't ready to deal with rapid changes in the world economy. Two major Hawaii markets players were driven out of business (ATA and AQ) in order to get to the point where the only big one left is able to hire again.
