NJ pays "differences pay" for an XL/ XLS? That is ridiculous, it's the same type.

It's not about a different type. It's about a different model. From the contract... "Crewmembers who are qualified and possess a duty assignment as Captain in more than one (1) model of aircraft...

Does Cessna market the XLS as a different model than the XL? Yes, they do. That's why they call it an XLS.
