Right now, if the Union members don't listen to the "vote yes or it will be the end of the world because we have no backup plan garbage" and vote this POS TA down we will get right back in the fight and somehow out of nowhere BH will make money appear. Netjets paid off a $2,000,000,000. debt in the last couple of years and they offer us a $400,000,000. payroll, someone explain why there is no money to pay the pilots a professional salary. 10 year wings this year and under the new TA won't even break $100,000. I really enjoy Warren bragging about me making $145,000 on his news interviews. If you divide that $400,000,000. by 2800 pilots it doesn't even make it to the $145,000. average Warren brags that we make and are happy with. Planes have not been painted or refurbished in YEARS. They are just starting to refurbish airplanes again, that's where the moneys going. When I came to NetJets 18 years ago I was told every two years a plane was going to be painted and refurbished that has not happened in a long long time

Not my fight so forgive the question if you find it arrogant, but when did Netjets need to paint the airplanes become the NJASAP's problem?

I don't care if he has to paint every tail number in the next 7 days. The expenses of that side of the shop don't have anything to do with the pay you should receive on the other side.

It's the owners who should be upset their fees have been squandered but that doesn't equate into necessary sacrifice on the pilot side.

I'd kick my husband in the teeth if he told me he couldn't provide say health insurance or food this month because he spent it all on a golf trip 3 years ago.

The best thing that could ever happen to NetJets is for Warren Buffet to sell the place. He is metrics driven, Santulli was CUSTOMER driven. Big difference, and the results are very measurable.

Our senior captains are definetly doing OK.

If you're a 20+ year Global or G-450/550 captain, and you get on the 18 day schedule, you could make anywhere between $210KK - $230K. Plus four weeks vacation and free benefits.

A firm order for 15 Falcon 2000S, options for 15 more with deliveries beginning first quarter 2017 (spool up time for a new program).

Cancellation of Global 7000/8000 and CL-605/650 orders. Buh-Bye Bombardier, adieu, farewell, goodnight (we'll keep the 350's to soften the blow).

As long as all of these jets are assigned by seniority order, and not the good-ol-boy's network (NJI), then it sounds like a plan. It's gonna break LBV's heart that he'll never see a G-650. Not ever.

Post ratification, they should not have been. That was one of the major pushes of LIFT....equality across the board and elimination of the special deals. One of many reasons I'm voting NO.
