If you are having difficulty reading the pay charts correctly call the union for an explanation.

You must be one of the scabs.. probably the god pilot that does everything perfect...

READ, there are 10 yr F/Os, at $81,000. right now, they will not see a 75% or a 63% increase, the company put a $9,000. carrot sign bonus after taxes.. and they are taking it. The company paid off how many billions of debt off in the past few years?? And they can't spring for more than $9,000. bonus.. RETRO MF pay and ALL of it!!!!!!!!!!!!!

$81,000. yr 10 to $100,757. at ratification is 24% raise and gets us up to 10 year trash man pay. Do we drive a garbage truck you blind mf?

There wouldn't be a hornets nest of pissed off pilots if they would simply scrap year 1,2,3,4 year pay and put that year 5 pay of $117,500. in year one for the 10 year F/Os, and than add a 4% raise each year. That would be an immediate 45% raise and bring us up to a fair pay, not good but fair. And than full Retro pay, like most Unions negotiate.. I can't believe this dogcrap signing bonus.. retro pay is what a Union negotiates, its back pay we earned from the company stalling negotiations for the past 2.5 years, and its due us! That's $92,000. of my money that Warren is pocketing in retro pay for us 10 year F/Os.

Once again, does someone have the Billions of Dollars in debt Netjets paid off in the past few years....

D_G, there is nothing I do except supply whats in black and white. If you don't like it then vote how you feel. I don't see someone of your intellect being able to see, understand, or even remotely grasp bigger issues. I really appreciate the MF comment as well, your are a true professional.

I suppose you have not heard of a thing called "INFLATION"

57K in 2007 is the same as 65K in 2015 dollars. So starting pay is less after the TA than it was in 2007. Period. End of discussion.

CHECKS, you are so smart, your debating skills absolutely amaze me. Why with such a high economical intellect, did you become a pilot? You forgot to add the mic drop part at the end.

Well according to your reasoning the minimum wage has has gone up over 100% since 1988. It is all about purchasing power not actual dollars. Mic drop

Minimum wage has not kept up with inflation, on average. I agree, but like anything when it comes to numbers and statistics, you can adjust the outcome. They need a mic drop emoji!

I wouldn't look across or diagonally on the chart to determine if I am happy with the pay. I would only look in the 2016 column.

Going across is an attempt to compensate for some of the inflation we will experience in the future. 8 year contract. Stretch it out long enough and I'll show you a 500% "payraise".

COLA increases are important but is not really a raise... in Living Standard. Just an insurance on whether that standard can be maintained during the 8 years

What we have is about a 20% raise with some partial COLA protection.

Yeah. No s**t

Every senior captain will vote yes for sure

As for us F/Os. Well..........the shaft

Well, you're wrong on at least one count.

16+ year GLC PIC and I'm voting NO.

And it has little to do with the pay scale. I won't endorse unethical negotiating and that is what a yes vote would do.

It will pass regardless. My original estimate was 52-55% Yes. I'm now thinking it might break 60%.

Who was unethical?

How much will health insurance cost in 8 years? Oh yeah, free. But everyone in this country gets it free. Good luck selling your no vote to folks that understand what that is worth.

It's not free, carefully focus on the numbers in section 27, it's understood by most somehow you missed it.

Right now, if the Union members don't listen to the "vote yes or it will be the end of the world because we have no backup plan garbage" and vote this POS TA down we will get right back in the fight and somehow out of nowhere BH will make money appear. Netjets paid off a $2,000,000,000. debt in the last couple of years and they offer us a $400,000,000. payroll, someone explain why there is no money to pay the pilots a professional salary. 10 year wings this year and under the new TA won't even break $100,000. I really enjoy Warren bragging about me making $145,000 on his news interviews. If you divide that $400,000,000. by 2800 pilots it doesn't even make it to the $145,000. average Warren brags that we make and are happy with. He is hiring more pilots but not increasing the payroll.... Sinking Ship
