Here's the link, the most junior Capt is a 2003 hire, he's in the A320.

Family Guy, you're spining with the best of 'em. Maybe there's a job for you in the propaganda department.

I'm spinning with the best of them?!?

What about all that union propaganda about the 1st year FO pay?

How many people are actually being paid at that rate????

After our grass roots effort to get FOs off that pay I'd say probably fewer than 100 now! :)

It's only through hard work and the sacrifice of others that guys are getting paid bypass pay.

Again spin spin spin. From people that have nothing to do with flying the line.

For pilots that read this. Look at all the arguments that go on this board. It's all versus pilots vs people that work upstairs. (some of them are close friends)

There are no arguments with Nja line pilots vs Nja line pilots.

Company spin spin spin.

For those of you that are pilots that don't aren't line pilots but are professional aviatiors then your opinion is heard and welcome. Even H2b and Muddauber brings interesting flying views to this board.

The rest is just company spin. Be warned.

There is no promise that you will make more than 1st year FO pay when you come here, if fact we had a LOT of pilots that did make just that for their first year. Things have changed slightly with great efforts from the members, but there is not a promise that this will continue. Also, it is not because of any company action that the FO's got bypass pay.

Seeing how so many people on this board seem to equate respect with pay, your answer surprises me given the following monthly pay rates by years of service:

Hey, nice try. According to your source, the EMBs aren't even on property yet, which means nobody's being paid those rates. Plus you incorrectly calculated a 70-hour guarantee. Reserve pilots are guaranteed 75 hrs, with 5 of those at 150%. So here are the real numbers, in case you're interested:

Years.. JB A320.. NetJets
1..............8525......3130
2..............8757......3320
3..............8990......3930
4..............9145......4830

13..........10722......7650

Good job Grump

Grump - why do you want to use the reserve guarantee? I thought you guys were opposed to working more hours for more money?

And if you want to be totally fair about it, why dont you include the last company offer of 23% in the NJ totals? And compare BBJ rates to the A320 rates?

He doesn't know what an EMB is.

I know its larger, carries more passengers, and most importantly, will generate more revenue than any aircraft you will fly at NJA.

What else do I need to know?

We don't care about generating revenue. If that was the case we would be selling seats. We would not fly a X coast to coast with one person on board.

FG, get lost you company tool. Our pay comes from the "artificially low" management fee's. Not enough money to properly pay your pilots  raise the fee's.

And before you go on about "the books". We don't care. Find the money or pay the price. Planes will fly at NJA or somewhere else.

One word: PATHETIC

And NJA claims to attract the "best and safest" pilots in the industry for their owners. Really? Do you think the best pilots will want to work for those peanuts? Highly doubt it. I think if JetBlue, SWA, FedEx, UPS and AirTran could hire any faster many of NJA's "best and safest" pilots would be GONE...

At the end of the day, paying a Citation X Captain $60K is just a joke no matter how NJA management SPINS it...
