I will be interviewing soon and would like to know from you guys what you wore to the 1st day did you go in Coat and Tie or just business casual.

Thanks

2 guys wore suits, one guy wore a tie with a sweater over it, most wore dress pants and a nice shirt without a tie. I was in the last group.

I would have to agree with NJACaptain, I can't believe that anyone would interview without a suit.

I feel that if you have to ask us how you should dress for an interview, then you are not ready to interview let alone work for Netjets.

PERIOD!!!!

Its not an interview the first day, i wore a very nice suit on day 2 people! The guys who wore a suit on day one wore the same suit on day two...Tacky in my opinion...

Ok i know people are gonna come back on my last statement. I understand its always an interview when you are there, but just was making a statement that 8 out of 10 people did NOT wear a suit, including myself, on the TOUR. I got the job, not saying that you should not wear a suit. Just telling how my group was.

Not more who will be walking around the hotel and fbo in uniform pants and shirt with no coat or tie .. spare me.

lol You got me all wrong. I talked to two of my NJA captain buddies and asked their opinion of what to where the first day. They said wear business casual the first day. From what i've heard from everyone, thats the norm the first day. I'm not saying it shouldnt be a suit, just saying what i was told to wear and what almost everyone did wear. Don't worry i promise not to make you look bad on the line!
