If it's the same email I got, its the last sentence of the fifth paragraph. Seemed to be pretty form letter-ish so it should be there.

The email I have does not state any dress requirements for day 1. I emailed and them and asked the question and they replied that it's "business casual" for day 1. Of course any idiot knows that it's a suit and tie for day 2.
