It's Ironic
He say's all you'll be flying is a 737 for for the next ? years. Guess what the bigest airplane you can upgrade to at Netjets? A 737. So I guess your senior pilots will be flying 737s for a while.
Point being is, who cares what it is if it's what you want to do.
I've been working for a fractional for nearly 5 years and I really enjoy it, they have been nothing but good to me and I'd recomend it to anyone.
But I'm a pool rat at SWA, because I've always wanted to work there. Not because I dislike what I'm doing now.
