I currently work for an Irish based company, and live in the Dublin area. With the value of the $$$ I'm making a killing, especially since all my expenses are paid for. However, my family and I miss the good ol' US of A, so it's time to come home.

Yeah, blame the "Union". It's an easy scapegoat...

I blame the Union every time I look at my paycheck... every time a pilot has the option of being represented rather than being forced to defend themselves from the wolves, I blame the evil Union for my 100% company paid health benefits.

I blame the Union for eliminating Non-Union work being flown in the United States for NetJets (at least 100% domestic and 85% international).

I'm not sure where you get your numbers.

They aren't true. As an FO from the NJA seniority list you will make quite a bit more than an equivalent FO on the NJI pilot roster.

If you came over from NJA you will get the letter for the paybump already if not soon.
