Does anybody know what the competitive minimums for NJE are? Overall, how is the pilot job market in Europe as compared to the US? Thanks fer da help

Hello, here some info on NJE applications:

NetJets Europe Minimum Requirements for Flight Deck Crew

• Full (unrestricted) European Passport
• Full (unfrozen) European ATPL
• 1,500 hours minimum total time and
• 500 hours minimum multi-engine time

If a Pilot Wants to Know How to Apply to NetJets
Pilots can submit their one page CV, with covering letter and photograph to [email protected] or log on www.netjetseurope.com and look under the employment section. We will acknowledge the receipt of all CVs in writing within 2 weeks of processing it. If a pilot does not meet all of our minimum requirements, we will not consider the application.
Including the following details in a CV might expedite an application: Please keep the CV to one page, listing total hours and most current type flown. Also include Multi Engine hours and Jet time. Clearly state when you would be available to start employment should you be successful at a NetJets selection. List all relevant flight training, with dates and locations, but omit primary education history. Be sure to include dates of employment and types of aircraft flown under the employment history section. Your covering letter should tell us why you are interested in working for NetJets, it should also explain any gaps in the dates on the CV, and state why NetJets would benefit from you to its flight deck crew.

NJE is looking for around 100 more pilots this year. Futur looks good.
European airline market is also attracting pilots (including from NJE). Lot's of startup airlines recruiting for the time but with uncertain futurs.
Expect to work 18 days a month by blocks of 6 days on.
Just had the COO promoted to CEO and President of NTA (portugese operator of NJE) last week who announced his departure this monday ! Heads are rolling here as well.......

Do you know if they will hire pilots straight from the US that have no european flying experience? I still need to build some time but I do have the EU passport which i figure is the deal breaker for most.
