I have indoc next month in CMH and I was wondering, where is the best place to stay? Do you need a car?

Thanks,

If i remember correctly, you will need to get your own car for indoc....but for the sim the company will get 1 car for each sim team.

The best place is really dependent on who you ask. You can go to the extended stay suites?? for cheaper, but their are other hotels 5 minutes from flight safety and poth road that are marriott affiliates....so you get marriott points.(cant remember the name)

When Iwas there I stayed at Extended Stay on Stelzer Raod. It was very affordable (and clean) and really not that far from the training center on Poth Road. What I like was there was a Super Wall Mart right across the street, so shopping was easy. As for the car, I drove. Ask folks in your indoc class...it may be easy to car pool.
Welcome to the company!

Candlewood Suites(Gahanna) also works out well-you have to ask for the NetJets rate. Full kitchen, small workout room, laundry facility.
Right down the street from both the Bridgeway and Poth Rd facilities.

Another Option

During indoc I stayed at the Towne Place Suites by Marriott in Gahanna. 10 minutes from indoc, clean, quiet, reasonable rates for NetJets folks. Great management! They man the desk there 24 hours a day.

Give Stephanie Martin- the manager- a call. She'll take care of you.

Cheers, and congrats.

I just got done calling around to find the best prices in Comubus.

Extended Stay was the best at $39.86 per night. (614-428-6022)
That is where I will be calling home for two weeks in September.

Candlewood Suites was $55 per night with five or more days.
TownePlace Suites was $59 or $69 depending on how many days.

The rest of the hotels were much more expensive and did not have as much to offer.
