Don't remember, couldn't hurt... I don't think I did for the application, but I might have brought it for the interview... you can always email Derinda and ask her.

Another question: At what point to do we submit our letters of recommendation?

Initially, we just submit our resume from the careers page. I was hoping the LOR's would help me to get an application or does everyone who meets the minimums get an application?

I think if you meat the mins they will send you an application. I sent my LOR's when my friends told me they had mailed in their applications (I just sent Derinda or pilot recruitment and email).

Same here. I had my honorable discharge paperwork from the Air Force Academy (shoulder injury resulting in nerve damage) and they didn't ask to see it either.

carrying them in at the interview is fine... you can also mail them in at any point and have them added to your file...

not sure if it helps with getting the invite any sooner though.

When my background check was done, I was asked for proof that I was in the AF. I gave them some personnel info. I was still in at the time, so no 214.
