I believe as long as you meet the mins, you are pretty certain to get the application packet....as far as when, I sent my resume in sometime in June, and got it in mid july. I think it was right around 4 weeks. Also for future reference, afer completing the application packet and sending it back, it took about 3 weeks to get the "application accepted" email. Also, as you will see in the notes in the package, they like neatness on the applications, so I would recommend locating a nice typwriter you could use (check libraries) so when you receive the package you dont have to spend time locating a typwriter.
