Netjets and pilot strike options?

Ok, I am not too familiar with the specifics of the Netjets pilot contract negotiations (but I hear they are going south quickly). So, what are your options in terms of striking? Can you strike any time soon? I wouldn't put up with this $hit much longer myself...
