Need some information

Does anyone in the ATC world know where I could find information (data base publically available) regarding specific airport and runway approach information?

I was able to find airport / runway specific information on the FAA website under AIRPORTS, AIRPORT DATA & CONTACT INFORMATION, FORM 5010 AIRPORT MASTER RECORD but there is no information regarding ILS / GS beam width, power ranges and off sets (X,Y)

I am in need of this information for programing parameters into level D simulators.

I am trying to prevent being billed by the sim manufacturer for the source info.

I dont know for sure, but maybe the TERPS manual has this info.
