I am filling out a NASA form for an occurence last week. My question is, should I include my airline and flight # in description of the event? (I fly for a 121 carrier)Thanks in advance.

yes you can. It will be changed to xyz airline flight 1234 before it leaves NASA. That info would be important to NASA if they are looking for trends.

Thanks for the info. I went ahead and sent it in without, however I don't think it would be difficult to figure out if they wanted to. We are the only airline that flies that particular city pair.

Thanks again.
