And thirdly, if Mr.K(your uncle) doesn't pay out a bonus next month, it will prove to me he is untrustworthy....I have a written letter with a promise to pay a STIP(as do all Flex pilots ) signed my DAC management. If that doesn't happen, I'll be sending my card to Cap'n Crunch so he can protect me from the evil people in aviation.

WL has a written letter with a promise to pay a STIP. How did that work out? The pain of all these false promises could be relieved with a little cash. He doesn't want to pay, so I will stick with the protections of the CBA. The new Joint CBA will have these protections plus a raise.

I'm guessing the ones about using Red Label as the ultimate Trojan horse.

I could explain more but the ones who would believe me already know it and the ones who don't want to recognize it will continue to stick the heads in the sand.

Can I once again reiterate how shameful, yes shameful, it is to have 1108 leadership participating in this program? Targeted greed from the usual suspects helping to wheel that horse in. While I am completely supportive of the efforts our union is undertaking, we will never win while people are busy defending their choices instead of calling out truth.

It's time for the 1108 to either encourage ALL to sign up and beat them at their game OR call out their leaders.
