So what would this put the most junior CA at. Just curious if I need to punch myself in the gut for leaving.

Dont beat yourself up too much, before this bid the jr jet CA was around Feb/2000 and prop was May/2000. I doubt this bid will drop Jr CA below a 9yr mark.

This being Eagle, probably circa 1981 hire date.
 
Its a forecast for the future. Where and when the new airplanes will come online and the flowthroughs leaving for AA. The enter training dates associated with the vacancy were no later than Jan2011. It is good to see that we should recall all the furloughed FO's by this point, not to mention I like seeing a net gain of 65 CA's; however, like anything I have learned here I will believe it when I see it.

Movement at Eagle is like Sisyphus rolling boulders. Sometimes they go up, sometimes they go down... but you never get anywhere.
