WSurf said:Just because you have been an FO for 3-4 years, doesn't easily make one a Captain! Its a big deal at PDT, which it should be anywhere! I wanna know that my family is safe when they fly on a PDT flight. If you lack good judgement, common sense, and have a lazy piss poor attitude....... Ya just ain't gonna make it.... Some might not think it, but its a big jump from FO to Captain. And not every pilot is Captain material.
PropPiedmont said:So far from the Aug upgrade class of 8. Two failed out the first week of ground school for sure. Sounds like two more have withdrawn from training now, leaving 4 hopeful upgrades.
