You DID vote for a pay cut and are thus wrong.CHQ was not PFT in 2000.There was a training contract,though,if you had less than 1200 hours.
 
chq was pft for about as long as comair.

if my memory serves me right the only non pft airlines in the pre 911 world were:

allegheny, pdt, tsa, eagle, horizon, cape air and air wiss

add Skyway.
 
CHQ was a PFT airline. They stopped it in 1999.
