The R's all have to do with replacement. No airline has replaced more pilots then Republic. The windfall Republic pilots have gained the last few years come at the expense of many seasoned real jobs at real carriers. Repulic is a disgrace.

I can't disagree that RAH is replacing quite a bit of other flying, but I'm thinking maybe the 100 or so pilots they have on the street, the downgrades associated with that, and FO's with families barely making 30k a year might not be seeing that windfall you're talking about. You should give them a call and re-educated them on how well they're doing!

So you wouldn't care if RAH came in a "stole" your flying if they were paid at least as well? Interesting theory.
