Is that the standard now? ...I asked for out of base reserve on Thursday for my Saturday - Wednesday shift and they gave it to me, no problem.

There are no requirements for the upgrade now. The contract language that still is in place from the 2004 contract states that you may upgrade with ATP minimuims. No company blcok time required or min for jet vs turboprop time with XJ.

AND one thousand flight hours at the company or two years of active service. Unless no pilot meets the requirement...then the company may reduce the time in service requirement until the vacancy is filled.

The contract on the MSA page still has the time requirement ....
