The maximum number of Compass pilots flowing up to Northwest shall be: twenty-five percent (25%) of the total pilot group over a rolling twelve (12) month period, and no more than twenty (20) pilots per month.

Okay, thanks. The 20 per month is deceiving, but I see how it makes sense, especially considering that NWA doesn't typically hire the same each month of the year.

So, the 25% is interesting... If CZ has 36 airplanes, and probably staffs at 9-10 pilots per plane, that is 360 pilots. 360 pilots x .25 = 90 pilots. 90 pilots in a year averages out to 7.5 pilots per month. Still, 90 per year is pretty, pretty goood.
