I don't believe a word in this document!
The facts:
- NW owns 28% of us, with warrents (valued at approximately $8/share) to purchase another 2.1M shares in the new ASA. If exersized, would bring NW ownership to 40%. You wouldn't include these warrents in the ASA if you knew they were going to be worthless! (they currently are, MAIR stock around $4.50 and would remain if XJ was a 49 saab operator)
- NW controls us 100% (NW and Polad are one in the same). A conflict of intrest, in my opinion; all shareholders should know that the share price is totally dependant on NW
- XJ management, after 3 months, still hasn't given all the requested financial data to ALPA for review. One would think that if a company was truely in need of concessions, they would be more than willing to give this information in a timely manner.
- Based on the aircraft that we know are not flying (9 Avros in desert and 11 saab to 9E, this is a 23% fleet reduction) we should be furloughing about 230 pilots and displacing half that many. This is far from the planned 119 and 74 respectively!
- John didn't even know address of the place he works every day!!! Someone had to write it down on a piece of paper and give it to him during the court hearing, so it could be stated for the record!
- All of this data rests on the assumption that we will be a 49 saab operator. Come talk to me when this happens!
Actually, don't! I won't be providing my services to XJ by that time!!!
